The Guardians Poet and Painter

Summary

The city owes its peaceful existence to the unseen influence of a poet and a painter who live at its two furthest edges. Nobody has seen them, nobody knows them and they have not even seen each other - for the fates who have decreed the courses of their lives, giving them unmatched talents, have also declared that they must never stir from their posts, or a thousand disasters will descend upon the city. However, when robins first flutter into the poet's court yard, it is the beginning of a moving tale of passion.
